Before even thinking about kundalini or tantric energies, ask yourself , Do you have the wisdom to manage it How much energy do you waste , on a daily basis , Because the more energy you have, then more you can focus it, meaning you need great wisdom , so you can manage it ❤️
Weather it’s nootropics ,supplements, sleep, lifestyle, meditation, healing, ascension , all these can benefit brain health, and can help you access more of your brain ,can slow the aging of the brain , meaning you slow the aging process. Ultimately it’s how you integrate it all
